Return & Exchange
Laara Swim wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should change your mind about your purchase, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase should it meet the below requirements.
- Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase.
- Tags are attached to items.
- Garment in original condition, unworn and unwashed. (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.)
- Product are non-discounted (discounted items can always be exchanged or refunded as gift card or coupon code).
- No refund on final sale items.
Cost of return is highlighted for the individual countries below. You will receive you refund in the original form of payment, and should allow 1-2 weeks for your refund.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders above €100, orders below €100 are charged €5-€10 depending on your region.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. This charge is not calculated into the total price at checkout. The customer's country's local customs office will assess the additional customs fees and notify the customer of this additional charge by email, phone, or physical notice. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one's local government.
WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?
We want you to have your new swimwear as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery time takes between 2-8 business days depending on your location, please check the table in the top of this page for guidance.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy. You can return unused items in original condition to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (we do not refund potential shipping costs), requiring items are not discounted. Simply select the links on the top of this page (International if you return from outside of Denmark), our team will assist you. We charge €5-€10 for return orders depending on the region, and you only need a printer to print the labels and documents.
