CAN I PURCHASE LAARA SWIM IN STORE?
Unfortunately Laara Swim is only based online. We love that you can do your shopping online from the comfort of your own home and your items will be conveniently delivered safely to your home or near you.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I AM INTERESTED IN IS SOLD OUT?
If your favorite item has unfortunately sold out, you can register for email notifications and we will be sure to notify you the minute the item is on stock again.
WHAT IS A PRE-SALE?
Of launch of a new item or collection, we will have items available for pre-sale and give you the opportunity to secure an item before it arrives. When ordering pre-sale items, the full amount of your items, will be deducted from your account/card at the time the item has been shipped. You will find more information about pre-order arrival under the items.
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. You can either cancel your order and place a new order with the extra item or place a new order for the additional item. Or ells you are very much welcome to contact us here
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Canceling an order depends on the type of shipment you have selected. The order must be canceled before it is sent. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order when it is already shipped.
HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Once you have selected the checkout button, you will have the option to sign in or create an account. The next step is to enter your chosen shipping method, and any credits, sales-code or vouchers you may have. From here you will be directed to complete the payment. Once the order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.
WHERE IS MY ORDER? WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED IT YET?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.

WHAT IS THE PURCHASE PRICE CURRENCY?
All prices found on Laaraswim.com are listed in Euro (€) incl. taxes, but with a possibility to change to DKK, USD, CAP and GBP. International orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter, although the actual international currency conversion that your bank charges may vary.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All of our orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends (Sat/Sun) or Danish Public Holidays. You can refer to our shipping policy for further details here.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, all of our international orders go via Postnord and DHL Express. We ship worldwide.
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT SHOWING ANY UPDATES?
Please give us time to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email, where tracking information will be see.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes. The amount may depend on the country to which the order was shipped.
Laara Swim cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You are solely responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
